Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a wonderful way for people of all ages and abilities to strengthen their bodies, connect with their breath, and find joy and peace in movement. Based on my experience with older adults, the aging process and the resulting physical changes can be a significant transition. In my classes I see firsthand how beneficial the practice can be for students’ overall health and well-being.

I offer movements with a series of modifications so that each class feels personal and best suits each body type. I also incorporate meditation and breath work, allowing students to experience the benefits of a regulated nervous system and slow, deep breathing.
