Through intentional movement, gentle yoga postures and compassionate breathwork you will rediscover a sense of ease and strength in your body. The class is designed to guide you to gently release tension and connect with areas of your body that may hold pain or unexpressed emotions. Yoga for Recovery reawakens your intuition and supports you on your path.
